I recently purchased a nice pair of Rieker boots. They were adored, however last week one of the pins broke on a strap for decoration. As usual, Anita and Tasha in the Falmouth branch were incredibly helpful and coordinated a substitute pair with a manager. The last pair in the nation was shipped for me to Falmouth. No issues... . Disappointed at the egregious quality
I contacted customer service, but months later I still haven't heard anything. According to their website's directions, I uploaded pictures of boots with wet socks caused by cracked soles. I spent over $200 on a high-end men's boot that I wore sometimes and for special events for almost a year. sparsely, i.e. They aren't appropriate for the intended use, therefore I may contact consumer affairs.
Since receiving these boots as a present for Christmas 2021, I have liked wearing them. Since it's been a hot summer, I've only worn them 30 times and haven't put any work into them. The shoe's sole is currently disengaging. I see that this issue has been experienced by others. Poor value

Outdated and subpar
I visited a Rieker store and carefully examined the footwear.
All I can say is that they are poor quality, low cost shoes that pass for higher end models. The fashions are pretty dowdy. In contrast to young individuals, those over 60 may find the fashion appealing.I will largely restate what has already been said.
These shoes looked the part but quickly started falling apart,

I purchased these on May 1st, and by August, the bottoms and shoe seal were cracking. For the time being, I am still wearing them, but once the rainy season arrives, I will be throwing them out.
Poor quality of service and work
purchased a pair of summer shoes for guys in April 2021, but hardly ever wore them. The soles of both shoes' backs separated from the uppers last month. The store where I bought the shoes informed me that Rieker's warranty only applied for six months.
. I was forwarded by the shop to Rieker, who then forwarded me back to the store. It is shameful to pay £60 for a pair of barely worn shoes.
Men's nubuck shoes are junk.
Nubuck shoes for men. Both shoes have split over the top after being worn six times. I can't go back because the store where I purchased them is 200 miles away. Riekers were utterly useless. I will never purchase these shoes again.

Although I have multiple pairs of Rieker shoes, my most recent pair broke after just two wears. I regrettably couldn't locate my receipt after purchasing them while on vacation. I complained to Rieker and submitted pictures, but they seemed uninterested. The use of subpar materials is undoubtedly lowering the quality. Lack of appreciation for devoted customers.
Shoes should go in the trash.
purchased this brand in a nearby shoe store. They were expensive (80 euro). But it was short-lived—just over three months. Within the first three weeks of casual walking, the soles on both pairs of shoes separated. They needed to be superglued back on.
. On my way home from work, I got caught in a rainstorm, which caused the fabric and colour of my toes to fade. The day will end with the insoles at the toes since they were not fastened. Definitely recommend. I would revoke your licence to conduct business if I could.

I've bought three pairs of Rieker's boots over the past six months from separate retailers because my spouse and kid both liked their look. The zip on the first pair broke. The third pair's soles had just sheared off, whereas the second pair made it through the winter.
